1.1. תקנון זה מסדיר את השימוש באפליקציית "תאוריה לטרקטור" (להלן: "האפליקציה"), המופצת ב-App Store וב-Google Play על ידי מיציתי בע״מ (להלן: "החברה").
1.2. התקנת האפליקציה, פתיחתה או שימוש בה מהווים הסכמה מלאה לתנאי תקנון זה. מי שאינו מסכים לתנאים, מתבקש שלא להשתמש באפליקציה ולהסירה מהמכשיר.
1.3. התקנון מנוסח בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ומתייחס לכל המינים.
2.1. האפליקציה היא כלי לימוד ותרגול למבחן התאוריה לרישיון נהיגה דרגה 1 (טרקטור) בישראל.
2.2. האפליקציה אינה מטעם משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים, רשות הרישוי או כל גוף ממשלתי אחר, ואינה קשורה אליהם.
2.3. האפליקציה אינה תחליף ללימוד העיוני הנדרש על פי דין, ואינה מבטיחה מעבר של מבחן התאוריה או קבלת רישיון נהיגה. ציון באפליקציה אינו מעיד על תוצאה במבחן הרשמי.
3.1. החברה מעניקה למשתמש רישיון אישי, מוגבל, שאינו בלעדי ואינו ניתן להעברה, להתקין את האפליקציה ולהשתמש בה למטרות לימוד אישיות בלבד.
3.2. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, למכור, להשכיר, לשנות, לפרק, לבצע הנדסה לאחור או ליצור יצירות נגזרות מהאפליקציה או מכל חלק ממנה, אלא במידה שהדין מתיר זאת במפורש.
3.3. החברה רשאית להפסיק את רישיון השימוש במקרה של הפרת תקנון זה.
4.1. השאלות, התשובות ותמונות התמרורים לקוחות ממאגר השאלות הרשמי של משרד התחבורה, המפורסם באתר משרד התחבורה https://www.gov.il/he/departments/dynamiccollectors/theoryexamhe_data (מאגר tqhe באתר הנתונים הממשלתי data.gov.il) ברישיון CC-BY. מועד העדכון האחרון של המאגר מוצג במסך הבית של האפליקציה.
4.2. ההסברים, עצות הזכירה, ארגון הנושאים, המבחנים הממוספרים והמבחן המהיר נכתבו ונערכו על ידי החברה ואינם חלק מהמאגר הרשמי.
4.3. החברה פועלת לדיוק התוכן, אולם ייתכנו טעויות, אי-דיוקים או שינויים בדין ובמאגר שטרם עודכנו. במקרה של סתירה בין תוכן האפליקציה לבין הנוסח הרשמי או הדין, הנוסח הרשמי גובר.
4.4. משתמש שמצא טעות מוזמן לדווח עליה לכתובת info@mitziti.co.il.
5.1. האפליקציה מיועדת לגילאי 15 ומעלה, בהתאם לגיל המינימלי לרישיון נהיגה דרגה 1.
5.2. שימוש של קטין מתחת לגיל 18 נעשה בידיעת הורה או אפוטרופוס, והאחריות לשימוש כאמור חלה עליהם.
5.3. החברה אינה אוספת מידע אישי מזהה (ראו סעיף 6). המודעות המוצגות באפליקציה אינן מותאמות אישית ומוגדרות כמתאימות לקהל צעיר (סעיף 6.4).
6.1. החברה אינה אוספת, שומרת בשרתים או משתפת מידע אישי מזהה של המשתמש. האפליקציה פועלת ללא חשבון משתמש וללא הרשמה. חיבור לאינטרנט משמש אך ורק לטעינת מודעות (סעיף 6.4); כל שאר תכני האפליקציה ופעולותיה זמינים גם ללא חיבור.
6.2. ההתקדמות, השם שהמשתמש בוחר להזין, תוצאות המבחנים וההגדרות נשמרים אך ורק בזיכרון המכשיר של המשתמש. מידע זה נמחק באיפוס ההתקדמות מתוך האפליקציה או במחיקת האפליקציה מהמכשיר, ואינו נגיש לחברה.
6.3. מלבד המודעות (סעיף 6.4), באפליקציה אין הרשמה, חשבון משתמש, רכישות בתוך האפליקציה, כלי ניתוח (analytics) של החברה, או גישה לאנשי קשר, למיקום, למצלמה, למיקרופון או לתמונות.
6.4. מודעות. האפליקציה מציגה מודעות באמצעות שירות Google AdMob של Google: מודעת מעברון אחת לאחר סיום מבחן (המבחן הראשון במכשיר מוצג ללא מודעה). המודעות אינן מותאמות אישית: האפליקציה מבקשת מודעות במצב לא-מותאם (non-personalized), מסמנת כל בקשה כמיועדת למשתמשים מתחת לגיל ההסכמה, ומגבילה את תוכן המודעות לדירוג "כללי". לצורך הצגת המודעות, מדידתן ומניעת הונאות, Google עשויה לעבד נתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP, סוג המכשיר ומערכת ההפעלה, מזהה מכשיר או מזהה פרסום ונתוני אינטראקציה עם המודעה, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy) ולמידע על השימוש במידע בשירותי הפרסום של Google (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543). החברה אינה מקבלת מ-Google מידע מזהה על משתמשים. באזור הכלכלי האירופי, בבריטניה ובשווייץ מוצגת בקשת הסכמה לפני הצגת מודעות, וניתן לשנות את הבחירה ממסך התקנון שבאפליקציה.
6.5. הורדת האפליקציה מחנות App Store או Google Play כפופה למדיניות הפרטיות של Apple או Google בהתאמה, והחברה אינה אחראית למידע שחנויות אלה אוספות.
6.6. אם בעתיד תשתנה האפליקציה באופן שישפיע על הפרטיות, מדיניות זו תעודכן לפני כן, ותאריך התוקף בראש המסמך ישתנה בהתאם.
6.7. מדיניות זו מנוסחת בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, ולתקנותיו.
7.1. כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באפליקציה, לרבות העיצוב, הקוד, שם האפליקציה, הסמליל, ההסברים, עצות הזכירה, מבנה המבחנים והתרגומים, שייכות לחברה או לצדדים שלישיים שהעניקו לה רישיון.
7.2. השאלות, התשובות והתמרורים הם מידע ציבורי כמפורט בסעיף 4.1, וזכויות השימוש בהם כפופות לרישיון CC-BY של משרד התחבורה.
8.1. האפליקציה מסופקת כמות שהיא (AS IS) וכפי זמינותה (AS AVAILABLE), ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות אחריות להתאמה למטרה מסוימת, לדיוק, לזמינות או להיעדר שגיאות.
8.2. החברה לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה או מאי-היכולת להשתמש בה, לרבות אי-מעבר מבחן, אובדן נתונים שנשמרו במכשיר, או הסתמכות על תוכן שגוי, והכול במידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין.
8.3. החברה רשאית לעדכן, לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק את האפליקציה או כל חלק ממנה בכל עת, ללא הודעה מוקדמת.
9.1. החברה רואה חשיבות במתן שירות נגיש לאנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלת ליישום הוראות חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח-1998, ותקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013, ברמת AA של תקן WCAG 2.1 ככל שהוא ישים לאפליקציה.
9.2. התאמות הנגישות שבוצעו באפליקציה:
9.3. מגבלות ידועות: תמונות התמרורים מלוות בשם התמרור כפי שהוא מופיע במאגר הרשמי, ולא בתיאור מילולי מפורט של הציור. החברה פועלת לשיפור מתמיד.
9.4. רכז הנגישות מטעם החברה: מיציתי בע״מ, דוא״ל info@mitziti.co.il. פנייה בנושא נגישות תיענה בתוך 7 ימי עסקים.
9.5. הצהרת נגישות זו עודכנה לאחרונה ביום 13 בספטמבר 2026.
10.1. החברה רשאית לעדכן תקנון זה מעת לעת. הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם בכתובת המופיעה בראש המסמך, ותאריך התוקף יעודכן.
10.2. המשך שימוש באפליקציה לאחר פרסום נוסח מעודכן מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.
11.1. על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד.
11.2. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל עניין הנוגע לתקנון זה או לאפליקציה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.

1.1. These terms govern the use of the "Teoria Tractor" (תאוריה לטרקטור) application (the "App"), distributed on the App Store and Google Play by Mitziti Ltd (the "Company").
1.2. Installing, opening or using the App constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and remove it from your device.
2.1. The App is a study and practice tool for the Israeli grade-1 (tractor) driving theory test.
2.2. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, the Licensing Authority or any other government body.
2.3. The App does not replace the theoretical study required by law and does not guarantee passing the theory test or obtaining a licence. Scores in the App are not indicative of results in the official test.
3.1. The Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App for personal study only.
3.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by law.
3.3. The Company may terminate the licence in case of breach of these terms.
4.1. Questions, answers and road-sign images come from the Ministry of Transport's official question bank published on the Ministry of Transport website https://www.gov.il/he/departments/dynamiccollectors/theoryexamhe_data (dataset tqhe on the government data portal data.gov.il) under a CC-BY licence. The date of the latest bank update is shown on the App's home screen.
4.2. Explanations, memory tips, topic organisation, numbered exams and the quick exam were written and edited by the Company and are not part of the official bank.
4.3. The Company strives for accuracy; however errors, inaccuracies or changes in law or in the bank not yet reflected may exist. In case of conflict between the App and the official text or the law, the official text prevails.
4.4. Errors may be reported to info@mitziti.co.il.
5.1. The App is intended for ages 15 and up, in line with the minimum age for a grade-1 licence.
5.2. Use by a minor under 18 is with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for such use.
5.3. The Company collects no identifying personal data (see Section 6). Ads shown in the App are not personalised and are configured as suitable for a young audience (Section 6.4).
6.1. The Company does not collect, store on servers or share identifying personal information about the user. The App works without a user account or sign-up. An internet connection is used only to load ads (Section 6.4); everything else in the App works offline.
6.2. Progress, the name you choose to enter, exam results and settings are stored only in your device's memory. This data is deleted when you reset progress inside the App or delete the App, and is not accessible to the Company.
6.3. Apart from ads (Section 6.4), the App has no sign-up, no user account, no in-app purchases, no Company analytics, and no access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos.
6.4. Ads. The App shows ads through Google's AdMob service: one interstitial ad after an exam is finished (the first exam on a device shows no ad). Ads are not personalised: the App requests non-personalised ads, flags every request as intended for users under the age of consent, and limits ad content to the "General" rating. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process technical data such as IP address, device type and operating system, a device or advertising identifier and ad-interaction data, under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and its description of how data is used in Google's advertising services (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543). The Company receives no identifying user data from Google. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent request is shown before ads are served, and the choice can be changed from the App's terms screen.
6.5. Downloading the App from the App Store or Google Play is subject to Apple's or Google's privacy policies respectively; the Company is not responsible for information those stores collect.
6.6. Should the App change in the future in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated beforehand and the effective date at the top of this document will change accordingly.
6.7. This policy is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
7.1. All intellectual-property rights in the App, including its design, code, name, logo, explanations, memory tips, exam structure and translations, belong to the Company or to third parties who licensed them to it.
7.2. Questions, answers and road signs are public data as described in Section 4.1, subject to the Ministry of Transport's CC-BY licence.
8.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or freedom from errors.
8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage arising from use of or inability to use the App, including failing a test, loss of data stored on the device, or reliance on incorrect content.
8.3. The Company may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
9.1. The Company is committed to accessible service for people with disabilities and acts to implement the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, at WCAG 2.1 level AA insofar as applicable to the App.
9.2. Accessibility adjustments implemented in the App:
9.3. Known limitations: road-sign images are accompanied by the sign's name as it appears in the official bank, not by a detailed verbal description of the drawing. The Company works on continuous improvement.

9.5. This accessibility statement was last updated on 13 September 2026.
10.1. The Company may update these terms from time to time. The updated text will be published at the address at the top of this document and the effective date will be updated.
10.2. Continued use of the App after publication of an updated text constitutes acceptance of it.
11.1. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
11.2. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or the App.
